Yup, you just need to create a 16x16 (and larger 32x32 if you want as well, in case someone uses it as a desktop icon or in certain other cases) icon using one of the many available icon creating/conversion programs out there and save it as favicon.ico in your root directory. There are a few good shareware programs that you can do it in before the trial runs out.
