My last 2 cheques didn't arrive (8th and 22nd March)

they say "sorry they have not been returned" and "To resend payment please accept terms for Stop Payment ($ 30 fee
per check)."

sure i could do that and then perhaps tomorrow's cheque (8th April) won't arive either ...

1 cheque can get lost somewhere, but 2 of them lost must be a really bad luck, especially nowadays ...
