Well, I took the advice in this thread and swapped to Candid Clicks. Must say I'm happy so far. In 8 hours and 54 minutes, I reached 1,000 clickthroughs - and I love the way the stats jump from $19.98 to $25 automatically as you breach the next "level" of daily traffic.
I had been focusing mainly on TrafficCashGold sites, getting between 1-4 signups per day (averaging about $85). So unless something dramatic happens overnight, I'm going to wind up ahead of that average - and I've still got exit traffic to play with from the people who back out of the site or refuse to play nice with the "Enter" link.
If I could find a blind clicks program that A) accepts a webmaster living in Japan and B) would allow links inside exit consoles then I guess I could blind that traffic as well and do even better.
To put the above numbers into perspective, I get about 15,000 unique daily visitors to the front page of my site, 9,000 that go on to trigger exit window #1 and 7,500 that go on to trigger exit window #2 by closing exit window #1.
I'm pretty newbie-ish, so I have no idea if making $100 a day off the kind of traffic mentioned above is great, good, average, poor or downright sucky!
Anyway, I keep refining and tuning and trying stuff, and the numbers keep rising slowly but steadily.
