Where do I complain?

I have been using registerfly.com now for a few months and I have 24 domains registered with them. Late last year (November), they decided to "block" one of my domains because "several people" had complained about being spammed.

OK - well... my host had no probs. My ISP had no probs. But my registrar for some reason decided to create a problem. No evidence was forthcoming, and to this day I do not know what their real problem was. They blamed "an executive at enom.com" and suggested I transfer it elsewhere.

So I tried to transfer the domain elsewhere. But they refused. It's been sitting there - fully paid for - unusable since November last year.

Like the fool I am, I thought "what the hell. I'll give them another go". And now (in the last few days) they have "locked" another 4 of my domains. Some of them I have never even used (so I know for sure they can't have had any complaints - manufactured or otherwise).

So I have used their "support system" (bad term to use) and I have emailed them. Nothing. I have emailed their parent (econceptualize.com) and *nothing*.

So I was thinking to complain to ICANN. Does that make sense? Being located where I am makes it a pain to get a lawyer in the US. I expect I am out of pocket to the tune of around $5K no more.

Any ideas?
