I can't say *any* country has "nice" customs officers. I've tolerated em... at lot... a few times till they were told to fuck off.
The worst were in Europe followed by the US (this was before 9/11 - I'd hate to think what it is like now - I deliberately fly "anywhere" to avoid the US)
