Around runways? That's fuckin stupid!
"Today new anti-terrorism boundries tore apart a plane which
strayed off the runway during heavy fog and cross-winds. These
barriers further hampered rescue crews as they tried to reach the
burning plane."
They should just continue testing the road ones and find a better solution.
