You have very few rights once you try to cross that border...
And here and I thought Canada was something of a free country. Maybe you need to clean her majesties name off of everything up there and try to get down to your individual rights. Your customs is a law enforcement arm and has to follow the law just like the RCMP does the last I heard.
You couldn't 'take it back' but you could demand to stay in its presence while you insisted on a legally signed seizure order by a high level judge.
Now if you were supposed to have some sort of form like the one guy said, oh well, SOMEone messed up then. But still it should take a judge to even enforce that. Dubya hasn't gotten around to deleting that area of our rights yet. lol Thats on the 2005 calender if he gets back in.
