I suppose the only solace we can draw is that if you do one day own your own business, you'll get to be on the other side of apathetic employees who see nothing wrong with doing a half assed job and then quitting when they are needed most.
I don't know if that's directed to me but i think it is
I work hard and i dont fuck around when I'm at work. Just recently the job became really boring and I was making mistakes because of lack of interest, not lack of hard work. This is why i quit i don't waste my time or anyone else's time. If I don't like what I'm doing my work will reflect it, so thats why i get out. Some people have to learn and adapt to the daily grind. They have to work wherever they can to make a buck regardless of the job. Not me. Now if I had a mortgage, kids, car payments and no income then I would stick it out no doubt. My car is paid off and i rent and no kids, and i have a source of steady income. The rest will come in time with hard work doing something i really enjoy.
