Jenna, your site looks good; it has a nice layout and design and should be converting on average 1:250 (with the highest conversion of no more than 1:500). If you are not converting at least this well, then here are some things you should look into:

1. Your processor (1. make sure they are not 'scrubbing' needlessly and are trusted among fellow webmasters)

2. Your affiliate scripts...there were some complaints on one of the 'pissing-match' boards so I don't know how valid the issues are; but it's worth looking into.

3. That the people marketing your affiliate program know what they are doing, are well respected in the business and are delivering what they promised in both support and marketing abilities.

FYI guys?if you check out ClubJenna, you?ll see that she already does a ?weekly live chat? with members.

And I agree that you should offer the trial membership (3 days for $4.95) on affiliate accounts as well. Although paying out $30 a sign-up on trials is costly, you might want to consider doing it when you are ready for some serious affiliate traffic?
