I've never sent money with Western Union and I have to send some off today. Apparently I can't use th website to do it so was wondering if anyone has done it from an offline western union shop before and how easy they found it?

I have the full name of the person, the city and country. Somehow that doesn't sound like enough. I guess I will find out when I go to the shop in a few hours but I get nervous when sending money via paypal let alone a new (to me) method.
