This is Iraq, for centuries the super-powers have made darn sure to divide the region and stirr trouble as much as they can. One sect after another was created. You got a whole plenty of minorities and groups who'll fight as long as they don't get what they want. Just can't satisfy everyhahahaha, if one half of Iraq is satisfied, the other half is gonna stirr up trouble. If 80% of Iraqis are satisfied, the remaining 20% will stirr up trouble anyway.
Saddam was the best bet to get them all united against him but obviously he was removed. Will the Iraqis unite now? I highly doubt it. Maybe it's borders should be redrawn.
