if 10,000 affiliates each make one signup there is no drawing. If 10,000 affiliates each make 99 signups there is no drawing. For every 100 signups an individual webmaster makes they get a chance in the drawing. Not until that happens 100 times will that occur.
Now tell me. . . . is there another program offering an incentive program like that? Again, the promotion has not been going on for a year. I have not even been with the company for a year yet.
