Anyone EXCEPT TRKHosting.com aka TRKWebHosting.com, owned by Tom Koch, 7865 Godolphin Dr, Springfield, VA 22153, 1-(888)-398-9448, 1-(703)-652-6327, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

First he mixed up my reseller account with another low bandwidth plan, and my main site went in black "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded". When I emailed about it he got pissed, and said he would charge me for the extra bandwidth. I then emailed back a screenshot of previous months bandwidth, which was MUCH more than what was now "Over the limit". Ops he just said! No compensation for lost business, traffic or visitors who is never coming back.

About two weeks later I saw "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" again, on my second biggest site. I then emailed my dissatisfaction, and demanded an explanation, and expressed how important it was to me they my sites never went in black. Then the asshole, terminated my reseller account with 25 sites, WITHOUT prior notice!

I am currently working on a lawsuit against him.
