I do it the same way Burtman does, copying the tables and stuff. Do it everyday for a week and it doesn't even seem like a pain in the ass anymore.

I submit to 50 TGP's, the whole thing takes me about 45 minutes (making and submitting) so that's not bad.

All I want to point out that when you're looking for non-recip places you're making a mistake, Pierce6 (IMHO). Even the TGP's that take clean galleries love to see their buttons in a good spot on the page, by giving them a good gallery with no recip you're usually going to end up on the bottom.

You're better off reciping because the difference between a good spot and a decent spot on any TGP is usually huge. In my mind it's better to submit "the right way" to 10 guys than to half-ass it to 50. I mean if a TGP isn't worth sticking up a button for, I don't think it's worth submitting to.
