I tried the Russian Submitter, and got a great deal of traffic (average 21k unique for three days) but with all the recips they placed on the top I did not get any click throughs.
I used the
www.waycoolsubmit.com website last night, and have received 5K uniques since this morning. waycoolsubmit has an entire page dedicated to non-recip hosts.
