2)Also you can only use that graphic if you beat Tam when it comes to welcoming the new users. If she beats you and posts first (and trust me she's pretty damn fast) don't use it.
2a) However, there is one instance when Tam posts first that you can use it. If Tam first posts, you can use the graphic, if at the end of your post you say BoneProne's nuts itch. That will stop him from saying it.
