They used to have a popular Top 100 script. I used them for a while in 1998, 1999 or so and the customer service was atrocious.

I switched to another script for a while, used another host, and then had to switch back in an emergency (long story). Chris at splitinfinity agreed to do the scripting necessary to get my database working with Splitinfinity's top 100 software. It took forever despite my howls of protest.

Their billing was all fucked up too. They forgot to bill me for five months.

Lastly, when they lowered their prices they didn't lower them for existing customers. When I left them for good I found that I was paying much more than new customers paid.
