Last I heard Creatine + HMB are still legal.
The right legal supplements combined with excellent trainers etc... will still get you ripped.
These guys have 1 mil+ to spend yearly on a training regiement...
They can always find something that can give them the "edge," that hasn't been outlawed yet.
There are probably 30 Russian chemists working on something right now lol
