LL webmasters are very picky.
They like new, original content and good, no bullshit site designs.
Most of them don't list freesites with sponsor content.

Up to 15 recips per page is acceptable (but better ro stick to no more than 12)

Submit only root pages. Don't make pages like index1.html index2.html index3.html - you wont get listed. Use new domains or different folders for each freesite, like www.domain.com/amateur-teen/ www.domain.com/amateur-pictures/ etc.
