Real or percieved enemies eh? Yea.. that's about right and little checking done to confirm either at a cost of 1000's of Iraqi lives and 600 US soldiers.
Subdued in it's military reponse?? Duh?? The US invaded Iraq and killed 1000's using lies/deception as reasoning. Stuff the boot on the other foot and don't complain when that action gets an equally opposite reaction.
You grossly under estimate what has happened. The seeds are sown and I doubt you have a clue of what "subdued" means yet.
