To give you an example of what you're asking here... I used to run large talent recruitments here in my city. I met with talent, arranged appointments for test shoots, and did all the test shoots myself. I sent portfolio packages to a producer who would then evaluate the shots I took and let me know which ones he wanted to hire. If I had of told him "Hey, I have this great girl that you should hire, let me know how much you'll pay her"... he would have sat there wondering if I had been taking out of date codein or something..... and would tell me "get her photos done and I'll let you know"...... Period. End of story.
