I know someone that did it with apache....basically, he made different pages with different languages...like french, english, japan, german etc.
He then setup something in apache that when the visitor's host was in germany, the page was in german, when the host was in france, the site was is french etc.
If you wanna ask him about that, ask Dr Dre
