I worked out 3 times a week with a personal trainer, and was on the 24/5 program (24 Hour Fitness' trainer/diet/supplement program) and in 8 weeks I
gained 16lbs. I'm now working on trying to figure out how to alter the program to produce results that I'm looking for (trim down, not bulk up) but we haven't found it yet.
6'7 and now about 384 (and sportin my GFY long sleeve)
For some it's not as easy as the books say it is, regardless of how hard you work. Not that I'm defending being lazy and eating like a cow, I'm simply stating that exercise and diet doesn't always produce results.
