It makes perfect sense. Look at this snippet from their mission statement:

"We are trying to use ridicule and social embarrassment to change the habits of the American consumer. Increasing publicity will turn the SUV from a status trinket to the badge of shame that it is. In the old days society had a pillory to shame people out of anti-social behavior."

Not only are SUVs big gas guzzlers and not anywhere near a neccessity in most places that people live these days, but they are impossible to see around in traffic and their drivers don't pay attention to anything going on outside of the interior of their own vehicle. Sorry about going off on a rant, and I know there are exceptions to every rule (and I know that Lens has a Lincoln Navigator), but these things just piss me off. Especially not being able to see around some damn monster truck that cuts in front of me at a 70 mph pace in heavy traffic (California. They are the worst damn drivers I have ever seen in my life). I don't condone vandalizing other people's property like THESE (I suspect THIS) people (person) do, but they (he) make (s) one valid point before starting to get stupid. Why the hell do they need to drive a gas guzzling (in the middle of an energy crisis), vision obstructing, vehicle that will be the only survivors of a fatal crash that they will most likely cause in the first place? I would bet that each and every one of them have a more fuel-efficient "extra" vehicle back at home that they could be driving, instead. But the individual or individuals that runs that site should probably fall victim to their own schemes in additional manners than just happenning to put a bumper sticker on James Hetfield or Snoop Dogg's back window, themselves.
