And the UN didn't invate Iraq with sanctions. Saddam, invaded Kuwait. Arguably you could say Saddam was the direct cause of the sanctions. FAR more so than George Bush.
So add those deaths you attribute to sanctions, to Saddam's tally instead.

It's the US who came up with the sanctions.
Kuwait was stealing Iraq's oil, what did you expect to happen? Isn't it funny how Kuwait is still ruled by a dictator?
