I think she should be punished, but the law doesn't adequately cater for what she did, and she will be unfairly punished for the rest of her life because of it. She could be known as a sex offender for the rest of her life for nothing more than bad judgement.
I think she should have been charged with something like indecent exposure, or something along those lines. Possession of child porn for having naked pictures of yourself? That is just stupid.
Sending them to other kids, should be fine. If she wants to be a slut, then let her. Sending them to older men.. well.. it really is up to them to say no. Just as it would be if she was offering them sex.
There really needs to be a new law created to handle situations like this. I'm sure she's not the only girl out there that's doing it.
