What the fuck? Posession of child porn is an absurd charge. They're naked pictures of herself for christ's sake.
I mean, it's obviously not something you can say is okay, but she's going to be considered a sex offender for having pictures of HERSELF. That's going to be with her for the rest of her life, and people are not going to ask for details.
This is a question of morals, not of law.
