I can kinda see what they're trying to do. At least I hope that's what their goal is.
Lets say it would be ok for a 15 year old to post naked pics of herself. That would open up for pedos to pay their victims enough money for them to say they took pics of themself, not the pedo. The pedo would be untouchable.
