We are located on the canary islands...now we need also a bank account...our taxes we would pay in spain of course BUT ...it needs fucking loong to open here on this island a bank account for an us inc and i get from ailcorp no information, where we could get a US Bank account and how.....fast as possible...thats all.

Mmm.. first, any US corp is useless for anything except the possibility of using US processors (but that's another long story that anyone who is not resident in the US needs like they need leprosy.)
Second.. you hit the Euro jusisdiction (by the Canaries). You need advice and a look at all "possibilities" on this - it ain't a 10 second decision :-)
I'd be inclined to look at a corp in possibly the Caribbean or maybe Portugal with bank accounts *anywhere* that suits - they could be in Latvia, but I'd be more inclined to keep em outside the EU. It may be relevant from a processor side to have a legal entity within the EU (ie a non-resident corp in Portugal).
The comments about places like Cayman are invalid - these places are not offshores any longer.

The use of corps and banking does not mean anything to do with "hiding money" :-) Tis just common sense organisation of a business if the controllers reside in a jurisdiction which legally entitles them to act via the use of other jurisdications.
