16c is a flat rate, they dont require conversions to back this rate up!

, and surprisingly they told me their phone, so it makes for a good argument they are a fair company. But like this guy said, to survive from competition a company has to offer incentives, so there is a good chance they might have a barber in the company, that gives free haircuts to all webmasters.
