Yes, some of the scenarios I created may be exaggerated, but it is all in my trying to illustrate my point.
As far as justifying calling a dialer a movie, if it is used to view movies ... I guess we have a bit of a difference in views, but I won't hold that against you ..LOL
(general comment - not pointed towards Tam):What we have to remember as responsible webmasters, is that some surfers are so naive, that they will click on almost anything they are prompted too (I remember my first 3 months on the internet ...LOL).
While many of us bank on this fact, we sometimes need to weigh out our options. These same naive surfers, are the same ones who initiate chargebacks, slander us in chatrooms, and some even will try to "SUE" us for blatent misrepresentation. While this usually becomes nothing more than a nuisance, why even test those waters, for the chance of getting 5 more signups this week ??
