I had my first one pulled a few years ago when I was 18, that's when it started to come out...it was actaully impacted. It was done by an oral surgent NOt a dentist, Ny dentist actaully sent me to an oral surgent. He put a HUGE needle on my gums, he was very gentle, and I didn't fell any pain. Same thing with the other 2 wisdom teeth. The last one is still there b/c it is on a nerve and can't be removed.

When my husband ggot his done, it was also an orla surgent and he had all 4 pulled at once. He said it hurt just a bit, afterwards his mouth was swollen and he had to eat liquid food for a few days. The medication they give u will make the pain go away.
