Im about 5'11" and 150-155, with about 10-12% BF. Ive been trying to gain weight but It seems I just cant. Ive been drinking all kind of shakes and all, nothing is helping...Speaking of abs, I havent worked out in about a week now.
Oh, and I eat fast food alot - mabye thats why.
Eat chicken and fish..very good for you.
