Apparently you have no idea about what you just wrote. When you get a chance, look up the names of most of the people behind open source projects. Tell me if you see more Americans on these projects than foreigners.
American society is dieing, but it isn't because of outsourcing, its basic respect. There is just more respect in a Chinese, Indian, or Japanese classroom than there is in an American one.
Students are more motivated to learn in those countries.
