I think you got this all wrong, there is nothing wrong with outsourcing and if we do anything to stop it we're only hindering progress / technology.
If you honestly think that Indians 10,000 miles away can do a better job than the IT guys you have at your company, guess what you hired a bunch of morons. The real admins/systems analysts and complex application programmers are still going to reside here. The TGP Submitters of the mainstream industry will be ported overseas and we'll see more people go on GFY cuz they're out of a job.
All in all, looks dandy to me.
