I'll have Wendy's once or twice a week and pizza once every 2 weeks. Now when I say I eat pizza, it's only 1 or 2 slices. And my trips to Wendy's include a burger and small fries.
Other than that I eat pretty well, lots of red meat though. I'll never give that up, it's too damn tasty.
I drink 3-4 cans of soda a day though, which I am trying to cut back to 2. A glass of juice for breakfast, soda for lunch, water for times of thirst, and another soda for dinner should do the trick.
