I go through spurts where I go mobile all over my house and in a couple of days my back gets fucked up so I go back to my good office chair at my office desk and in another few days I'm feeling better again.

nothing but traveling lately. currently in a hotel. i've got a good office chair in Montreal (soon to have one in Whistler), but haven't used it much lately.
