this definitely sucks. 31 and my back seems to be fucked (and i didn't do anything to it other than temporarily change my sleeping position!!).

Excerise, get messages and be active by walking or something....oh and yes must get laid ....anyways, i know exactly the feeling man.,..in the same boat here....just need to do it! damn it...must excerise daily.
