My uncle use to live in Highland right off 98 I believe really close to Lakeland. His house was fabulous, enclosed swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 car garaage, livinging room, dining room , library, office, I think 4 bathrooms, all brand new, hell he ever designed the house himself and paid less than 200k for it. Its a hell of a nice area down there and the cost of living is the lowest I have seen it anywhere.
