ICS, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of ADULT.COM. ICS is the parent company of AmateurPages, CashTour, FirstName.com and the gofuckyourself.com webmaster board. In addition to ownership of ADULT.COM, ICS gains control of the content production and library of the LA-based video company that it was acquired from.

ICS plans to house all of its adult products under the ADULT.COM name, and will be announcing exciting new ADULT.COM products shortly. "ADULT.COM will allow us to bridge the narrowing gap between the adult internet and mainstream internet, and we intend to develop partnerships with other adult and mainstream internet companies to help close that gap." Says an ADULT.COM spokesperson. The transaction amount was not disclosed, but the cost of the ADULT.COM name it is believed to be the highest amount paid for an adult-related domain.
