Why would the 2 not "mix?" You're applying your beliefs to theirs.
Someone can be a "Christian," and not necessarily subscribe to the exact beliefs in the bible that was clearly written by men with motives.
There are here on this board muslims, jews, christians, atheists, agnostics, buddhists the list goes on.
