Vector Force. You only pay for what you use, there are no fixed monthly charges.
I use them for tgp, avs and free sites. A lot of other people on this board use them too... top notch tech support and some nice features that other hosts don't have (script rental, etc). Best thing is, they do exactly what they say on the tin.
