I see sigs as endorsements -- and I wouldn't really want to endorse (or be endorsed by) some people or their companies. If I sold my sig to someone, it would have to be to a company that I would be willing to endorse even without payment.

yeah exactly. If someone has paid for the sig, it has lost half it's value.
