That's right, that even if they are clothed but posing in a pornographic way or like you say being able to see genitalia, it's against the law in most US states (don't know about other countries). But the sites that are listed, I don't see anything sexual about them. Maybe DarkJedi see something sexual in his mind, but I don't.
I do agree that people should stay away from those type of sites. Too much of a gray area both legally and morally.
I can't see these sites listed as being illegal like you say. There is nothing sexual about them that I was able to see. If they were illegal, there wouldn't be so many of them around.
