That's a bit overly broad don't ya think?

According to what you want changed, the photos of kids in the Wal-Mart flyer would be illegal.

I think the current laws are good and that this is more of a moral debate than anything. The only thing about this issue that set's people off is that the sites are profiting off the enjoyment of 50yo pedo's.

Take these same exact photos and put them in a legit child modeling portfolio (or even in the Wal-Mart flyer), and nobody gives a damn. So it's not really about the photos. It's about who they are targeted towards and taking the money from.

I don't support such sites, but it's obvious no new laws can be made to stop them without making legit modeling material illegal also.
