There is no law against the way you think, but what you do. So what does it matter who their customers are. Do you want the country you live in to be like BigBrother and control what you think also.
Why does it matter who their customers are? There is nothing different from the sites listed and those beauty pagents for kids or teenage models you see in magazines.
There are already ads on the sides of buses, in magazines and billboards with teen models that pose and dress the same way. Just because it's on the internet doesn't make it any different.
I do think there is a fine line on those sites and pedo sites. But it's legal because teen modeling is legal. To make these types of sites illegal, then any teen model for a JCPenny cataloge would be illegal. Some of those sites have models that are actually 18 and just say they are a younger age.
