It is good for some stuff. Some of the features I don't use and others I do...
The Good
The reporter saves me time finding where I rank on certain pages and sites for specific keywords and phrases I am targeting, rather than looking them up. It keeps track of where I was too, so I can see when it fell. And you can schedule it to run reports slowly and at night so you don't piss Google (or any others) off and get "search-banned" for sending too many requests all at once.
Page critic is cool too because it looks at the page in question and compares aspects of it to the top 5 averages on whatever engine I am optomizing for - then it can compare it to the top X number of other sites that are already ranking for that keyword.
So if I am targeting "Christian Singles" I can get a report on what my site looks like compared to others (like keyword denisty, weight, prominance in the header, link text, body, alt text, etc.) that are already top-listed for that.
So yeah, I like it. It saves me time. Especially since the "Florida update" on Google.
The Bad
It also has a page genertor that sucks, an upload manager that is completely useless to me since I host internally, and an auto-submitter that scares the hell out of me (I think hand-submissions are the only way to go).
