Stats are different from every source. I heard that 35% of the African American population is HIV positive on the Health Channel.

Stats are never accurate with crap like that because if they sampled 1000 people from the suburbs the % would be lower, if they based their survey on the population of crack neighborhoods, 70% may be accurate.
