I do have a slight clue what I'm doing, I'm just over anxious to get going on this new found desire to work out. I'm infamous for "overkill" when I find something I like. I am just obviously out of shape. Just doing 70 sit ups killed my abs. I did the 8 sets (10 feet straight one, 10 toes turned in, 10 toes pointed out) spread out through out the day, I didn't do them all at once. Lesson learned but I have to find something that doesn't bore me... pilates bores me to death. I can't do high impact.... Can anyone recommend a work out tape/dvd? My goal isn't to lose any weight, I'm 105 and don't want to be any thinner. My goal is to beef up my lower legs as much as possible (I would love to double their size, they are toothpicks) and just tone up my arms and torso.
Funny thing is, it's easier to walk in my sandals with 2.5 inch heels because it's taking the pressure off the muscle I pissed off.
