Sextronix and both were fraud and none of the sales referred from his website. So he is using probably stolen cards.
I believe these webmasters are shame for these forbidden countries on sponsor programs. I'm accepting every country to my program, but when these lamers try to screw the business I personally think they are a big shame for their country.
